Equipment:

Rexer is clad in a strange blue uniform. It is woven from a light cloth, and sticks closly to his skin. His footwear is a pair of knee high brown 'swashbuckler' boots. (The kind that pirates are always busting around in) On his hands, he wears a large pair of brown gloves, which run halfway up his lower arm. (Wrist to elbow is what I would call lower arm) Over his shoulders, Rexer rests a long dark blue cloak, which flows down to his ankles. And on his waist, Rexer keeps a loose fitting belt. on his left hip, a dagger rests, (1 foot) and on his right hip, a sword rests. (3 feet)

Personality:

Rexer is a briliant young man, although his personality makes him seem otherwise. Rexer has the firm beleaf that he will become the strongest man alive, and fights for it constantly. This in turn, has given his not only a large Ego, but a hatred for all those weaker than himself.

Fighting Style:

Rexer has been trained in the art of magic. He is skilled quite well, and has learned to control every element that you can think of, though he tends to stay to the basics (Non, or the four basics.) Because of his large, and extensive training with magics, He has gained such a keen mind, that he is capable of Telekenisis. (Lifting objects. Can lift at the MOST 250 lbs, though it stranes his greatly) Also, Rexer was trained in basic fist to fist combat, as well as swordsmenship.

Powers:

Telekenisis-Lifts objects with mind. Only 250lbs, and tends to stay away from this attack.

Magic-Broad magic control. Mostly on Non elemental, but also quite good with Fire, Lightning, Earth, and water/ice. Will expand, but tends not to.

Magic mix-On the rare occasion that Rexer thinks he could die, he will blend his magic and Telekenisis powers toget, and "Break" the air around himslef, splitting everything in half. Has only done this once, and doubts he ever will again.

Mental Shield: Should any fighter choose to attack rexer mentaly, Rex can call forth an clear oval barrier around himself, which blocks off any sort of mental attack. However, due to the fact that Rex is still quite a 'Rookie' at this skill, it takes him some time to get ready, and even if it does work in time, it doesn't last long.

Mind Read: Rex can also read the minds of those around him, however this does take a bit of effort, and if the person he's targeting has any sort of abuility to fend off such things, it wont work. (Strong Will encluded)

History:

Although not much is know about Rexer's childhood, it is said that he was at one point trained by Kioten. although the reason as to why isn't know, Rexer seems to have learned a great deal from him.

Rexer entered the world of fighting when he was 18 (Two years ago. Since then, he has not only become a stronger man, but has made quite a name for himself among the fighters of the area. Once his goals of pwoer are reached, Rexer plans to move on, and find more fighters to defeat, and become stronger still.
