Posting Guidelines
1) Your character can only exist in one place at a time, so you should only post in one thread at a time. When you want to move to a different thread, use an entrance/exit tags in your post; this way other readers will know where your character is currently. This rule is only for making IC (in character) posts; OOC (out of character) posts may be made at any time if you specifically mark them OOC. Also, all rooms in the "UFF University", and "General Information" are not part of story-continuity. For these rooms, you may post whenever you like, ignoring this rule.
Entrance/Exit tags should look similar to this: (FighterX exits to the Jungle, "Jungle thread name here.")(FighterX arrives from the Beach, "Beach thread name here.") Make sure to include both the name of the room and thread, so people can easily follow your posts from one room to another.
2) Please start new threads with care. If possible, continue your story in existing threads. When you know a thread you have started is finished, close it. Unused threads will be closed after a month instead of deleted.
3) The maximum size for Personal Photos is 100x100 and under 50k in size, and for Personal Icons is 32x32 under 10k in size. These sizes may be changed in My Control Center, by entering the following after the url: height=x width=x (where x is the size you want.)
4) You must behave when posting OOC... Hostile behavior OOC is not acceptible. Keep in mind that every post on an OOC board is considered to be OOC. On the other hand, you are pretty much allowed to do whatever you want IC. If people complain about your behavior IC, we may ask you to tone it down, but if you don't hear from us don't worry about it. We want you to have the freedom to roleplay however you want. Just like real life, there will be good characters and bad characters on the board.
