Fighter's Personality:
Basically one to wait until his opponent tires out before rushing in for the final blow. Very unemotional, hardly shows any responce to any actions, hardly smiles and hardly even winces in pain. He is quiet unsocial and only communicates with a very select few type of people. The wall he has built up around him is very strong, and it takes a whole lot to break through, even in the slightest, to get to really know him. He has very low self-esteem and a very confused heart. He also has a lot of pent up anger inside of him and when he looses his temper (which is not often) he completely looses control. He's like a slave who does what he has to do without letting anything really get to him.

Fighter's Power/Abilities/Skills:
He can control the weather. Sometimes the weather really is his way of expressing how he feels, sometimes it's just coincidence however. Mainly drastic and sudden changes are his doing, for example; if it's raining outside and someone makes him happy, the rain will stop and the sun will break through boldly. The two main powers he uses while fighting is wind and lightning. When forced into physical contact, he's extremely agile and talented in martial arts, though his blows usually don't cause the pain as a pro wrestler's blows would, he only does it to slow the other person down or get out of a sticky situation.

Fighter's History/Life Story:
Elios was found outside the door of Magentia Orphanage when he was only a few days old. There was no identification about him, or anything that would reveal his parents or why he was abandoned. All he had was a hemp necklace with lettered beads spelling out ‘Elios’. Despite the friendly atmosphere of the orphanage, Elios grew up to be a temperamental boy, preferring to be left alone then forced to join the group. It was a rare coincidence that whenever he would cry, it would rain outside, and if he yelled and had a tantrum the sky would thunder and the lighting would strike.
After a few years of this, those in charge of the orphanage noticed something odd about the weather and Elios’ moods. After doing a few experiments to test their theory that the boy could control the weather, they sold him to a local science lab when he was only five years old.
At first he was bitter and snobbish towards the lab and his new life, however after a short while, he simply refused to speak and hid his emotions-thus causing all weather experiments to prove useless. By the time he was ten years old, he was so accurate at hiding himself that he killed-so to speak-his emotions entirely.
The government, being greedy and sneaky as they were, discovered this boy without emotions and took him in. Taught him martial arts and fighting, hoping to one day raise the boy as their special agent. However, when Elios was only with them for a year, an unknown organization kidnapped him and erased all his records in the government.
That organization was, of course, the one he would stay with. Trained as an assassin, and taken mainly due to his remarkable ability to kill without question rather then anything else, Elios became an international assassin spy.
After a few tasks he was sent to the UFF to join his fellow 'Tempast' members (Arlyna Halina and Owen Wilson) to investigate rumours of undercover evil doings.
