Generally very easy-going. His attitude and state of mind has been tempered by experience in both combat and family life. Because of this, he tends to value life, instead of throwing himself into everything. He extends this opinion to each opponent, and lets them know it by witnessing their skills.

Fighter's Power/Abilities/Skills:
1: Manipulation of Jurai Energy
Tenchi has a natural ability for manipulating Jurai power, almost like he's a living conduit for it. This results in a serious amount of directed firepower, but at the cost of Tenchi's own constitution and health.
2: Kami no Ten sword style
Along with his Jurai power, he can obviously manifest a sword from it. Trained as a youth in the skills of the sword, he can easilly hold himself in combat.
3: Martial Arts and Self Defense
Well practiced in many forms of Martial Arts, the primary being a defensive form similar to Aikido which uses his Jurai power for help.
4: Superior Defense
Tenchi's long history of combat has caused him to take a reactionary approach to his skills. Depending on the attacks his opponent uses against him, he has an uncanny ability to manipulate his opponent and turn the tide against him. Along with his previously listed abilities, this makes him a very interesting combatant.
Fighter's Weapons/Equipment:
Tenchi no longer requires any equipment, relying upon his own skills and knowlege for assistance.
Fighter's History/Life Story:
Once one of the most well-known combatants in the UFF and its previous incarnations, Tenchi retired to live with his loving wife Min, and their two children.
As a boy, however, he had been raised as an ambasador to alien societies. It was upon one such visit that he was manipulated by people he trusted, which not only opened him up to the tremendous scope of the power of Jurai, but also caused him to meet his future wife, as well as being the possible cause of a mass genocide.
After such a thing occured, he left that planet, and surprisingly found himself in the spotlight as a fighter. Young in his power, this led him to be slightly egotistical.
As he aged, though, the fighting eventually got old, and his equally aged egotism withered to a bare pinprick. Content with his current life, he only fights occaisonally, to keep his skills up to par.
