Mihoshi stands of about average height and appears human other than her pointed ears and slightly elongated canine teeth(not vampire length but still longer than human norm). Her skin is a tanned color naturally. She usually wears a galaxy police officer's uniform(black pants, blue vest, black and orange sleeves).
Fighter's Personality:
Bubbly and almost always happy. Mihoshi doesn't have a bad thing to say about the evilest of individuals. She's also brave, loyal, and has an excellent eye for detail that people often fail to notice due to her being somewhat(well alright, very) ditzy.

Fighter's Power/Abilities/Skills:
Weapons Training-Mihoshi has been trained in a wide array of advanced weaponry. Some of it unique to her in fact(there are advantages to being the daughter of the head of the Galaxy Police). Unfortunately her skills with these weapons vary widely. Indeed they can change on a daily basis.
The Laws of Physics no Longer Apply(nor the Laws of Probability, Nature, or anything else for that matter)!-When Mihoshi is around strange things happen. Whether walking into Washu's lab without a dimensional door, crashing her spaceship right on the person Tenchi needs defeated, or firing a laser that misses it's target but accidently shoots down a log that smacks the person she was shooting at, probability just doesn't work the same around her. This power seems to give her abnormal good luck. Unfortunately it seems to give everyone around her abnormally bad luck whether friend or foe.
Fighter's Weapons/Equipment:
Mihoshi has a hideious array of gear that would take forever to describe(heck, she probably doesn't even know everything that she has being the junk collector that she is) but here are some of the main ones.
The Dimensional Cube-This amazing device stores just about EVERYTHING within it. Including the kitchen sink! Plus it has other uses including the ability to shift dimensions, serve as a scanner, shatter barriers, and other strange things. Unfortunately for Mihoshi it works like a Rubics Cube and she never was good with those. So it's completely random what it'll do although 99% of the time it does do something good. The only aspect of it that she seems able to use reliably is the scanner function and distress beacon function.

Frost Glove-For putting your enemy on ice. Literally.
Big Laser Bazooka Thing-Stored inside the Dimensional Cube. The BLBT packs a wallop. If only Mihoshi would learn how to aim it......
Personal Battle Suit-Mihoshi's red and white clothing seems to give her enhanced strength and agility(watch her smack those snakes in Tenchi Muyo OVA). On the other hand maybe it's just her ability to alter the laws of probability.....
Heavy Assault Suit-With a jetpack, heavy armor, built in heavy rapid fire lasers, advanced sensors, and an energy blade this is a thing to be feared. Even if it's helping you.
Energy Yo Yo, Dimensional Door, Dimension Oscellating Bullets, etc:Mihoshi is Kiyone's partner and also associates with Washu so sometimes she gets really really weird equipment. Unfortunately most of this stuff is either
A.Unusable due to Mihoshi's lack of training(which won't prevent her from trying to use it to often devestating effect when she finds a new unexpected function).
B.Unpredictable due to the fact that Washu is letting Mihoshi serve as a test subject for it.
Yagame, Mihoshi's patrol ship, Ryo-Ohki, and Yukinojo-Yagame is a larger ship. The cargo bay can hold a large multistory house which should give you an idea how big it is. It's well armed and fast. Mihoshi's patrol cruiser is noticably smaller but it's fast, maneuverable, and well armed. Yukinojo is the AI of her patrol cruiser. Ryo-Ohki belongs to Ryoko and Sasami but Mihoshi does get along with Ryo-Ohki and has occasionally worked with her.(Obviously unusable in tournaments but these things should be noted since she does have them).
Fighter's History/Life Story:
Mihoshi is the daughter of the head of the galaxy police. She's been part of the organization for as long as she can remember. She has a reputation as a good officer who catches her criminals. She also has a reputation as being the single biggest expense for the GP due to extensive collatoral damage. Eventually she was partnered with Kiyone who has been contemplating suicide ever since she got paired with Mihoshi. Mihoshi eventually crashed on Earth and became friends with a Jurian Prince, two Jurian princesses, a space pirate, a mad scientist, and a sentient space ship that has a history of blowing up colonies and planets but is really cute. Mihoshi has helped against Kagato, Doctor Clay, and Kain in relatively recent history.
