Description: He wears an old, decrepit looking cloak which obscures most of his body. However it is known that he wears long leather gloves, black baggy pants, and black leather boots. His face is obscured by a hood.

Shroud is rarely heard speaking, so his personality is unknown at this time. He seems very quiet, and keeps to himself.

Martial Artist. He calls his style the "Shadow Arts"
Fighter's Power/Abilities/Skills:
The style is unknown, but seems familiar. This fighter seems to have abilities beyond that of a human, with extrodinary speed and reflexes, and his martial arts utilizes this. In particular, he doesn't seem to feel pain. He also seems to possess some spiritual attacks that seemed designed to pierce an opponent's armor.
Shadow Counter: Through observation of his opponent's rythim, the ability to react and counter to his opponent's weak point.
Microwave Palm: This ability makes his touch deadly. By concentrating waves of radiation from his fingertips, he can heat up his opponent where he touches. This attack has the ability to easily penetrate armor.
Shadow Hologram: A mirror image of himself is created. It does not actually exist but looks identical to the original.
Shadow Miasma: The ability to spread waves of darkness about him, which hang in the air like a gas cloud, taking away his enemy's sight.
Spirit Guide: The ability to sense his opponent without actually needing to see him, by sensing his spiritual energy.
Shadow Plasma: The ability to launch deadly waves of plasma from his finger.
Fighter's Weapons/Equipment:
Auto Pulse Gun. This weapon fires pulse blasts, concentrated bullets of force, which hit an opponent like a devastating punch. It can be set on automatic mode for rapid-fire, or be charged for a single devastating blast to a wider area.
Black Blades: Twin knives, 3 feet in length. Like giant daggers. They are made of a metal known as "black steel" because of it's onyx-like appearance.
