A cyborg with 4 arms and 4 bionic tentacles on the back. Very lean looking as if designed for espionage. Has a demonic face plate. And looks like some thing spawned from hell. Wears a ragged cloak with hood.
Personality:

Leon is a respectful and honorable man from Qubec. A patriot in every since of the word. And a perfect gentleman.
Baal on the other hand if you could describe him it would be a diabolicly evil sadist that has been known to fly into rage at the smallest thing. He razed a town and had all the children shoot thier mothers, before he slaughtered them all, just because he did not like the name of the town.
Fighting Style:
Assassin
This style of fighting is a specialized science of killing generally taught by secret organizations such as organized crime cartels, secret government "wet working" bureaus, and so on. It emphisizes speed and precision, and incorperates presure points on a humans body that will do every thing from paralyzation to death. It does this by blocking the flow of chi in ones body.
Powers/Abilities/Skills:
Leon has amazing strength (tested at 1300 hundred tons), and agility for his size.
A mild form of clairvoyance alowing him to see his victims next move.
Dim-mok: With his extensive knowledge of the human body and the exact points at which to strike. Baal is able to paralyze his opponents and sometimes even kill them.(The vaious points are to numerous to describe at this time, trust that I will more than likely never use them)
Sound SuppressionSystem: A sound emitter is built alongside the armor of the borg. The emitter then sends out sound waves in exactly the opposite frequencies as the noises made by the borg, neutralizing them. Human ears cannot sense the sounds; additionally, special rubber soles and joints contribute to the reduced sound.
Weapons/Equipment:
-etractible vibro-swords on all the forarms(vibro weapons are surounded in an invisible field of energy that gives them the ability to cut through everything shy of adamantium like butter.
-vibro claws on the ends of the tenticals
- retractible tenticals (when retracted the only thing visible are four menacing blades coming off of back, when out they have a 10 foot reach).
-Large storage compartment on the legs that hold 8 plasma grenades in each.
-Laser rod on left hip that is capable of fireing a beam of light that can burn through a tank.(Infinite ammount of ammo runs off of same power source as cyborg)
-Ion rod same thing as the laser just a shorter range but has increased damage capabilities.
Chemical spray in chest that can discharge gas or liquid.(currently holds 3 doses of sleeping agent and 8 of hydrochloric acid)
4 modified semi-automatic hand guns that are capable of firing .50 calibur rounds. (Currently loaded with URANIUM rounds)
Uranium rounds; One of the great threats from supernatural monsters such as alien intelligences, gods, demons, and supernatural beings in general, is that they have incredible powers of bio-regeneration. Most are impervious to fire, cold, poison and radiation. In many instances, they can restore them selves to full strength in a matter of seconds. Maelstrom has learned that most supernatural beings phenominal healing ability is greatly impaired by radioactive material. Not radiation itself, but radioactive material that penertrates the skin. This does not kill the creature of course but they can not heal unless the round is removed and only with time. What would normally take a second would then take a hour and what would normally take a hour would then take a month.

Not only is the borg made out of a combination of titanium, carbonite, and depleted uranium.
But also wears a light armor made out of same material.
He is highly skilled in the arts of war everything from demolishons to piloting space shuttles. Also an expert hacker and electronics technition. He is even able to repair himself given the right resources.
History/Life Story:
Leon comes from a world were heaven and hell opened up thier gates and decided to wage there eternal war. Only problem(well for humanity that is) is that it happened on earth. With the comming of Demons and Angels, there also came magic, followed by the supernatural. Of coarse the enevital was sure to happen, Humans became everyones favorite (play thing). Civilization as the world knew it was gone and the only thing to do now was struggle to stay alive. There are a few reminents of the world a coalation of cities in mid western U.S. and Quibec to name a few. The one advantage that humans had in thier struggle was thier ingeuity. And as we know nesecity is the mother of invention. Thus the cyborg was invented along with other technological marvels. That is were Leon Jeuunet comes into play. He was an officer in the military and volunteered to become apart of the Freedom Corps. The only problem was that you had to be a cyborg. Now the military only chooses !
those people that have the mental fortatude to with stand such a change. And Leon passed with flying colors on all the mental exams, combined with his genius (IQ 183). Made him a primary canadate. But like all things in his world something went wrong. The sugery couldn't of went better, and everything was fine. Until he awakened, Leon thought he would be prepared for the vision of himself. But the government failed to tell him that they were working on a new prototype and he was it. From the site of him with 4 arms and tenticals, coupled with his demonic apperance. Caused him to become catatonic. He was like this for only a short while, maybe 2 weeks. After his recovery the government decided to let him get his feet wet and get thier first field data on him. His first mission was to go and destroy a Demon that was building an army to let loose on Quibec. And he did just that, it was a titanic battle. And thier can only be one winner, or can there. possesion. And that is just what happened, after the presumed death of the demon. Leon stood there in shock of his accomplishment, and watched the demon lash in his death throughs. In this time the demon seen his chance and he took it. Leon could not do anything to prevent it from happening, his mind was already crushed from what he had become. He was almost to easy to overcome. For some time after that baal ravaged the land and was quite pleased with him self. Just as he was about to felay this suculent child something happened. He was now in another battle, this time though with Leon. After the mental clash, Leon stood in the middle of a small town. With death and destruction surrounding him. From then on it has been a constant battle for Leon to keep Baal at bay.
