Age: appears around 18, but she is slipping into the ageless look some Eastern races seem to have
Height: 5' in human form, 7' 5" in her largest halfway form, 3'6"at her back in her Panther form

Physical Appearance:
Keera is a small Indian woman, with long black hair worn in a bun at the back of her neck usually. She has darkish skin, and a soft face complete with a ruby the size of a mans thumbnail between her eyes, which match it for brilliance. She is fairly short and slender, causing the men in her father's court to overlook her, until she was forced to face them in battle. Even outside of India she still wears her traditional clothing when possible, dressing in loosly fitting pants and a chalwar(a crop top, with only a small tie in back) under her red sari.
Personality:
Keera is inquisitive and firey by nature, though her time in the harem tought her to be courteous until provoked. Her voice is soft and cultured, with a hint of the accent she was born with, thoughshe has learned several new languages in the years she has travelled. Mercy is given as a tribute to the gods, until her opponents act dishonourably enough to deserve to live again in a lower caste than this one.

Martial Arts: Keera is skilled at defensive throws and blocks, aimed at stopping an assasin, or slowing them down enough for help to arrive.
Elemental Sorcery:Keera has a limited ability to summon elements like enough fire to light a lantern, water to drink, a small breeze to put out the candle, or a bit of earth on a wall to make a step.
Shape-Shifting: Keera's alternate form is that of a black panther, though she can stop at any point of transformation, allowing her to take advantage of the cat's strengths, like enhanced reflexes, or claws when in between shapes. She can stop early, with only a vague impression of feline, to gain the abilities like enhanced sight or smell, better reflexes, and speed, or wait til the change is farther along, gaining strength and claws, or become the panther completely, to gain it's stealth and ability to jump farther, and land softer, or the ability to live off the land with a cat's instincts
Psychic: a minor mental shield, not good for much besides blocking light touches or short attacks
Midieval Weaponry: This is Keera's primary trick,her slikk with her scimitar used as a swinging slash, with no thrusting, also she has some skill with her throwing knives, disguised as a set of hairpins

History/Life Story:
Keera was born the seventy fifth daughter out of ninty-five born to the Grand Mughal of India. As her father had but three sons, yet another daughter was somewhat anticlimactic. Her mother died when she was four years old, leaving her to be raised by a nurse who was half blind, and more than a little deaf. When her fourth brother was born, she convinced her father to allow her to train as a body guard, and serve the infant prince's court, rather than marry some princeling half a world away. When she was twelve, she learned of the gift her mother had given her. In the five years they had been togather, the Mugal had never known his concubine was a shape shifter, blessed by the gods. Keera spent the next two years at a monastary in the mountains, learning to cope with her change, and developing the mental shield they tought her to use, to keep her own emotions and thoughts in her own mind, allowing the monks to sleep at night when she hunted. When she returned to court, she learned of the death of her youngest brothers at the hands of the elder two, and the execution of the younger of the two murderers. Her oldest brother, as heir, had been forgiven his crimes and been given the governing if Kashmir to keep him out of trouble. With no more reason to remain in India, she boarded a ship captained be a westerner, and has been travelling one way or another since than.
