Formerely a member of a biker gang on the streets of Megatokyo, Tetsuro was the same as any of his friends. Addicted to drugs and the thrill of racing through the ruins of the city, he possessed an impulsive nature and little to no regard for authority figures. After that fatal night when he was taken by the military, he was given power beyond human comprehension, before he was mentally and spiritually prepared to accept it. Because of this, he is constantly perched on the edge of losing control and is given to displays of power that further erode his sanity.

Powers/Abilities/Skills:
Tetsuo possesses several psychic abilities including telepathy and telekinesis. However, after purging the suppressant from his system his power his reached extraordinary limits, being only rivaled by Akira himself, including the ability to teleport and create machines from raw materials, much like the one that replaces his arm.

None except his clothes.
History/Life Story:
A member of one of Megatokyo's motorcycle gangs, Tetsuo was nearly killed when No. 26, Takashi, causes his bike to explode out of reflex. From there the military takes control of the boy, and subjects him to testing. Due to the drugs he had been taking, they discovered the seed of power present in Akira and the other test subjects. The begin treating him with a type of super drug that brings out his latent abilities and from there his power grows exponentially. Eventually, he learns of the only one more powerful than him, the child Akira. Seeking him out, Tetsuo destroys the military installation built underneath Japan's Olympic stadium, which draws out Akira himself. In an attempt to kill both of them, the military activates their ultimate weapon, the SOL which destroys the complex and takes Tetsuo's arm. Both survive the attack, and in retaliation, Akira destroys the metropolis by creating a mini-Big Bang. From the remnants of the city, they form a new empire with Tetsuo serving as Akira's prime minister.
