Seifer is a fighter with great leadershp skills. One of his down falls is his stubberness and his want to be left alone.

History/Life Story:
Seifer was found in a basket on the steps of the church. At age five he was sent to a training camp to turn him into a skilled warrior. At age 14 he had mastered the arts of sword combat with his gunblade, and at age 16 he learned to manifest and control elemental properties. When he turned 17 he was enlisted into the army. After a great battle (which his country did not win)he did not return home and was thought dead. What really happened was that he was in a coma for a month. When he awoke from the coma he joined an elite force that carried out special and dangerous missions.
