Personality:
Noir is a sadistic b!tch who gets off on putting other people in pain. She holds contempt for most if not all of humanity and thrives on the suffering of anyone she can get her hands on. Her hobbies include, Torture, domination, torture, playing bass guitar, uhhh... that's about it

Alterred Tai Chi, art of torture and accupuncture.
Powers/Abilities/Skills:
Noir Is skilled in the art of causing excrutiating pain with minimal effort...what McGyver did for action movies... she does for pain... Her improvizations often prove to be even more painfull that her regular tools. Her skills with a whip would make Indiana Jones cower in fear.
Weapons/Equipment:
Zen sword, (nothing special about it... just very well made), Three throwing knives kept in a wrist band on her left arm, a set of 100 accupuntcure needles kept in a pouch on her belt, and an 8 foot long razor tipped whip.
History:
According to some Legends, the demons known as Succubi and Incubi were in fact the same demon only in different form. While in their female form, they would gather human seed and in their male form us it to impregnate the innocent...kinda sick eh?... well... That's how Noir was concieved... She grew up in New Orleans and has a thick Creole accent, when she was young, her mother was ruthelessly slaughtered by a dark lord, and Noir was taken into hell and trained in the arts of torture. She now serves as a watchdog for several other UFF members, Namely Ulexes Shirow.
