Nerissa carries herself like an innocent little girl. She may play stupid at times, but she is always observing and learning. In the arena, Nerissa likes to tease and toy with her opponents to wear them down watching and waiting for the right moment to get serious and unleash hell.

Fighter's Power/Abilities/Skills:
MARTIAL ARTS: Nerissa is well versed in most forms of martial arts and thus her fighting style is a blend of all. She is very improvisational and unpredictable. She has fond that this works to her advantage in most cases.
PERSONA “INVERSION’: As a result of her genetic mutation, Nerissa has the ability to ‘invert’ her persona. When this happens, the colors of Nerissa’s persona invert to the opposite end of the color spectrum. Black becomes white; skin tone becomes ice blue ect. This process takes but an instant and at the beginning of it is signaled by a blinding flash of light. When Nerissa reverts to ‘normal’, pitch black darkness replaces the burst of light. IN both cases, normal lighting returns to normal after the inversion.
TELPATHY: Another result of the mutation, Nerissa has telepathic powers. Far too weak to be used as a weapon, Nerissa uses it mostly for communication and to distract her opponents and throw them off guard.
TELEKINESIS: The final result of the mutation was Nerissa’s gift of telekinesis. Unlike her telepathy, her telekinesis is quite strong. Unfortunately, this is still a new skill for her and she still has trouble controlling it and thus does not use it as much as she would like..
Fighter's Weapons/Equipment:
PDA: Although Nerissa owns a PDA, she doesn't usually carry it
FORCE LANCE: She does however carry one primary weapon called the Force Lance. It is best described as a four function weapon rolled into one compact unit. The base unit is a cylinder about 10 inches long and 1.5 inches in diameter and is encoded to the DNA of the user. If anyone who is NOT coded tries to use the weapon, they will receive a non-lethal feedback shock. This includes cyborgs and robots. The functions are described below:
ENERGY BURST: One end of the force lance is an open weapon barrel. With the push of a button the user will fire a pulse of energy. This pulse at its highest setting has been known to break through concrete walls six feet deep.
SHOCK PROBE: Protruding from the opposite end of the lance is a shock probe. Touching the probe to any target will send electric energy into the target, shocking them. This probe is keyed to NEVER shock the person who is encoded to the lance and is responsible for any feedback burst that a non-encoded user would receive should he/she/it attempt to use the weapon.
LIGHTSABER: When activated a blade of pure energy is created and projects from the shock probe. Small force fields sharpen the energy into a deadly blade. This blade is capable of slicing through ANYTHNG, except of course the blade of another saber and will either absorb or deflect pure energy.
EXTENSION: With a quick twist of the handles of the Force Lance, the 10-inch weapon quickly grows and extends into a standard length of a quarterstaff. In this extended mode, the energy burst, shock probe, and light saber are still functional.
Fighter's History/Life Story:
Nerissa was born test tube style in a lab as the result of genetic manipulation/mutation experiments. Unknown to her at the time, her entire life was lived in a glass cage. She led a ‘normal’ lifestyle however she was always subject to prejudice against her. About a year into her marriage, her husband betrayed her and Nerissa discovered the truth about herself. Along with that she found out that her husband had been hired to love, marry her, and keep her close where she could be controlled.
Her husband’s betrayal led to her being incarcerated by those who created her. She escaped the lab and stole the force lance weapon she now uses. In the year and a half since then, Nerissa has been a lone wanderer. She just recently came to the UFF Island and hopes to find some peace in her life.
However, those that created her want her back and will stop at nothing to retrieve their ‘property’.
